About Ashley:
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with over 13 years of experience, and my work is rooted in one simple belief:
Care should feel safe, informed, and deeply human.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of being voted one of the Top 16 RMTs in Ottawa, and I’ve dedicated my practice to supporting clients through recovery, rehabilitation, and meaningful transitions in their lives. I specialize in post-surgical care and rehabilitation massage, drawing from a wide range of techniques to meet each person where they are.
My clinical background includes:
Rehabilitation and therapeutic massage
Ultrasound therapy
Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Cupping therapy
Supportive and practical home-care guidance
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all treatments, I work collaboratively with my clients — listening carefully to their goals, their bodies, and their lived experiences.
A Practice Built for Care
With my diverse training and years of hands-on experience, I’ve created a private home-based practice designed to support the community in a calm, comfortable, and welcoming space. The environment is intentionally warm and homey, while still being fully equipped with the essentials my clients have come to trust over the years.
Many people tell me they feel at ease the moment they arrive — and that matters to me. Healing doesn’t happen in a rush, and it doesn’t happen where people feel like just another appointment.
End-of-Life Doula Care
In addition to my massage practice, I am deeply honored to offer end-of-life doula care. This work allows me to support individuals and families through the natural processes of dying with compassion, presence, and dignity.
Drawing from my years as an RMT, I help normalize conversations around death and dying, provide emotional and practical support, and create space for comfort, understanding, and peace during life’s most tender transitions.
My Approach
My personality is grounded, compassionate, and quietly intuitive. I believe in evidence-informed care, but also in the power of being truly seen and heard. Whether you are coming to me for rehabilitation, ongoing therapeutic support, or end-of-life care, my goal is to help you feel supported — not rushed, judged, or overwhelmed.
This work is more than a profession to me. It’s a calling rooted in service, respect, and genuine care for the people I have the privilege of working with.
