Massage Therapy Services

Therapeutic & Rehabilitation Massage

Focused, evidence-informed massage tailored to support pain relief, injury recovery, and improved mobility. Treatments are adapted to your body’s needs and goals, whether you’re managing chronic discomfort, recovering from injury, or maintaining long-term function.

Post-Surgical Care

Specialized massage designed to support healing after surgery. This includes gentle, progressive techniques to reduce swelling, improve circulation, address scar tissue, and help restore movement — always working within your comfort level and stage of recovery.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique)

A gentle, rhythmic treatment that supports lymphatic flow, reduces swelling, and encourages the body’s natural detoxification processes. Particularly beneficial post-surgery, during recovery, or for clients managing lymphatic or inflammatory conditions.

Cupping Therapy

A supportive modality used to help release muscular tension, improve circulation, and address areas of restriction. Cupping may be incorporated into treatments when appropriate to support mobility and tissue health.

Ultrasound Therapy

A therapeutic modality used to support tissue healing, reduce inflammation, and assist in the treatment of soft tissue injuries and pain. Ultrasound may be integrated into your session as part of a broader rehabilitation-focused approach.

Supportive Home Care Guidance

Practical, easy-to-follow recommendations to help you continue your progress between sessions. This may include gentle movement, self-care strategies, or lifestyle adjustments tailored to your treatment goals.

dEATH dOULA

End-of-Life Doula Care

Compassionate, non-medical support for individuals and families navigating the dying process. This care focuses on presence, comfort, grief and emotional support, legacy projects, and education around the natural stages of death — helping create space for dignity, understanding, and peace during life’s final transition.

As Death Doulas we offer companionship and emotional and practical guidance to the dying person and their loved ones. During this time...

  • We offer a shoulder to cry on and a supportive, open presence ready to respond to your needs. This may include listening, positive verbal encouragement, reassurance, praise, affirmation, and validation.

  • We can provide information to you and your loved ones regarding specific resources available to you, such as local funeral homes, legacy work, types of funeral options and types of death plans and vigils.

  •  We can make suggestions for non-pharmacological comfort measures for pain and symptom management and/or give soothing massages and other activities to promote relaxation and comfort.

  • We can facilitate communication between you and your loved ones and your healthcare providers.

  • We can help you prepare for end of life by exploring your preferences, values and wishes. We can assist in preparing advance care directives, living wills, and do-not-resuscitate orders.

  • We can help to implement your death plan, creating and maintaining an appropriate environment and holding vigil that is respectful and in alignment with you or your loved ones' wishes.
