Massage Therapy FAQs
-
Wear whatever feels comfortable for you. During treatment, you will be properly draped at all times, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Some clients choose to undress to their comfort level, while others prefer to remain partially clothed — both are completely okay.
-
Just yourself. If you have any relevant medical reports, imaging results, or post-surgical instructions, those can be helpful but are not required. Comfortable clothing for after your session is recommended.
-
Your first session begins with a thorough intake and conversation about your health history, concerns, and treatment goals. From there, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. There is no rushing — questions are always welcome, and your comfort guides the session. And yes… this includes Massage Therapy.

Death Doula FAQs
-
An end-of-life doula provides non-medical, emotional, and practical support to individuals and families during the dying process. This care focuses on presence, education, comfort, and helping people feel less alone during a deeply human transition.
-
The first meeting is primarily conversational. We talk about where you are, what support you’re seeking, and what feels most important right now. There is no set agenda — the pace and focus are guided by your needs, questions, and comfort.
-
No. Many people seek death doula support earlier — when navigating a diagnosis, caring for a loved one, or simply wanting space to talk openly about death and dying. Support can be ongoing or short-term, depending on what feels right.
-
Support may include emotional presence, education around the dying process, gentle guidance for families, comfort measures, and help navigating conversations or decisions. Care is always individualized and non-judgmental.
-
At this time, end-of-life doula services are not typically covered by insurance. Details around pricing and session structure are discussed openly and clearly before care begins.
-
Sessions may take place in your home, my private space, or virtually, depending on your needs and circumstances. This will be discussed during initial contact.
-
Yes — completely. Conversations around illness, death, and transition can bring up many emotions. All feelings are welcome here. There is no “right” way to show up.
